About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room nursing for an acute care hospital in Petaluma, California. The assignment offers weekly pay of $3,414 and, where eligible, a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,743 per week (the GSA FY2027 maximum for this location). The schedule is day shift, five 8-hour shifts, 7:00–15:00. The assignment lasts 26 weeks, with a start date of November 16, 2026, and one opening. Assignment details are shared upon submission. Overtime terms state: “8 regular hours in a day OR 40 regular hours in 1 week: 1.3%.”
Requirements
- Active California RN license; compact license accepted where applicable.
- Operating Room specialty.
- 1–2 years of recent Operating Room experience.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.

- CNOR certification.
