We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on our family medicine team. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Ohio Registered Nursing License.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions, including taking vital signs, reviewing medical history, and identifying any existing or potential health issues.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' progress throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs, treatment goals, and medical conditions. Ensure that care plans are regularly updated to reflect any changes in patients' health status.
  • Perform various medical procedures, such as wound care, blood draws, IV therapy, and specimen collection, following established protocols and maintaining strict adherence to safety and infection control measures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Communicate effectively to ensure coordinated and comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care provided, assessments, treatments, and communications. Comply with clinic policies and legal regulations regarding patient privacy and record-keeping.
  • Performs independent face-to-face or telephone triage using written triage protocols.
  • Performs diagnostic and laboratory tests including but not limited to EKG, urine dips, urine HCG, etc.
  • Supervises and oversees quality assurance of these testing services performed in primary care clinic.
