Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required for certain roles).
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
• New graduates and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatments, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety while ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Serve as a patient advocate by providing compassionate care and excellent communication.
