About The Position

Vibra Permanent Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time position with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner in Monroe, Louisiana. Nurses provide care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions in a specialty acute-care setting. Day and night shifts are available. The role involves providing direct nursing care, coordinating individualized care plans with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress, administering medications and treatments, and documenting clinical findings. Nurses also educate and advocate for patients and families and maintain compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS certification; the posting also states ACLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience is strongly preferred.
