About The Position

At Innovative Renal Care, Registered Nurses provide life-sustaining care to patients living with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Beyond administering treatments, nurses build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and support them throughout their healthcare journey. This outpatient position offers a predictable schedule and opportunities for professional growth. The role is based at Lexington Kidney Center, LLC, 2831 Augusta Road, West Columbia, SC 29170, and operates Monday through Saturday with no overnight shifts and Sundays off. Paid dialysis training is available for qualified RNs transitioning from other specialties. Compensation is $35.00–$55.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. An offer of up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Meet all applicable state and licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
