About The Position

Silverton Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care and oversee resident well-being in our long-term care setting. The role involves providing and coordinating exceptional resident care, administering medications and treatments as ordered, developing and documenting individualized care plans, communicating with physicians and resident families, supervising staff, responding to medical emergencies, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to resident rights, confidentiality, and quality care
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Background check clearance required prior to resident contact
• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Current RN Licensure in the State employed
• Valid CPR Certification

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
