About The Position

All Home Health, Inc. is hiring a full-time, primarily in-office Registered Nurse to provide coverage and office assistance in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. The role supports client care coordination, quality services, compliance with Department of Human Services (DHS) standards, and effective relationships among clients and caregivers. The remaining time is allocated to coverage tasks and other responsibilities, including office paperwork, scheduling calls, and organizing visits. Some initial visits or coverage may be completed outside regular office hours as needed. The role involves engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds and conducting in-home or phone evaluations, caregiver supervision, and occasional unannounced home visits. A reliable vehicle is required for in-person visits; mileage reimbursement is provided.
