Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Tele (4ST) Full Time Nights
About The Position
Manatee Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a seasonal, full-time night position on the Med Surg (4ST) unit. The nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy, and demonstrates professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The role provides patient-centered nursing care, communicates patient needs to physicians and other nursing staff, administers IVs and medications, and uses medical equipment to monitor vital signs. This opportunity is a six-month contract. At least two years of acute care experience is required.
Requirements
- At least two years of acute care experience.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
