About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee medication distribution, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedures, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety. The RN will create personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity. This role involves cultivating communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of information pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents. The RN will also contribute toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives and engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

- Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
