About The Position
Join our 5-star, family-owned facility that has proudly served the community for over 60 years! Known for our long-tenured staff and supportive, people-first culture, we’re looking for compassionate nurses to become part of our exceptional care team. This is a Full-Time Day Shift Opportunity with a shift from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, working 3 days per week with every other weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Minimum 1 year LTC, SNF, Rehab experience required
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise and support STNA team members
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
- Assist with staff orientation and training
