Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

About The Position
The Registered Nurse will provide emergency department nursing care, applying strong assessment, triage, prioritization, medication administration, and rapid-response skills. The role requires the ability to remain calm and make sound clinical decisions in high-acuity and life-threatening situations, along with strong organization, attention to detail, patient and family communication, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license
- Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department (ED/ER) RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current TNCC certification
- Strong emergency assessment, triage, prioritization, medication administration, and rapid-response skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound clinical decisions in high-acuity and life-threatening situations
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong patient/family communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Telemetry experience
- Previous travel nursing experience
