About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team for afternoon/evening visit nursing positions in Ottawa and surrounding areas. The role involves providing exceptional nursing care with compassion, excellence, and responsiveness in clients' homes, ensuring they are treated with respect, dignity, and kindness. RNs will utilize their clinical judgment and skills to deliver high-quality care, making a significant difference in the lives of community members. This position offers the opportunity to gain a wide variety of skills and contribute to keeping people in their homes longer. The shift hours are typically from 15:00 to 23:00, depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening).
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
  • Excellent assessment, documentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proof of being free from TB.
  • Two supervisory references.
