About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is an important member of the interdisciplinary team and delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact. The RN provides care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on changes in patient condition, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. A hire-on bonus and a $5.00 shift differential are mentioned; PRN availability is also noted.

Requirements

Nursing diploma, associate’s degree in nursing, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.

Nice To Haves

One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
