About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide superior care to assigned residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of administered treatments. The role also includes quality assurance and performance improvement activities, supervision of several staff members, and building relationships with residents, families, and other members of the health care team. The position is at TidePointe, a Vi Community, located at 700 TidePointe Way, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state where practicing.
Working knowledge of long-term care.
Current CPR certification approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to become First Aid certified.
Maintain a courteous and professional manner when interacting with others.
Use a resident- and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 6 months of experience working as a Registered Nurse preferred.
Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly people preferred.
