About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for Home Care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. BAYADA cares for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- CPR certified.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one client care.
- Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
- Engage in preventive care.
- Build client relationships and monitor their milestones.
- Provide care for clients ranging from infant to geriatric.
- Manage advanced care needs, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management, if required.
