Registered Nurse (RN) - Flexible 1:1 Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for infant/pediatric/adult/geriatric care to join our Monmouth County Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for full-time, part-time, or per diem work with no minimum hour requirements. The position involves providing one-on-one care to a single client, building relationships, and observing their progress. Unlike traditional home health visits, private duty nursing offers traditional shift types and hands-on care with one client, with client age ranges from infant to geriatric.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing in the state
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Caring for patients one-on-one
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
