About The Position

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the nursing team on the 4 Pavilion Medical Surgical unit. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, and is accountable for delegating care to other members of the healthcare team. This is a part-time position of 0.6 FTE, or 24 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. every other weekend.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Current BCLS required or must be obtained by completion of orientation.
• ACLS required or must be obtained by completion of orientation if applicable to the area of practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use problem-solving, critical-thinking, and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to perform diversified duties within time limitations and with a high degree of accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities
