About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 care in Guilford County and surrounding communities within the Winston-Salem/Greensboro Metro area. This role offers flexible hours, strong leadership support, and weekly pay. BAYADA serves adult and pediatric clients of all ages and acuity levels, providing essential home health care services.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes.
- Utilize clinical skills to deliver compassionate and excellent nursing care.
- Focus on patient care through user-friendly electronic charting.
- Participate in personalized, paid training, including SIM labs.
- Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.
