Registered Nurse, FT - Nightshift (Warner Robins, GA)
About The Position
The Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse will work in the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), providing inpatient crisis services for individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse crises. The CSU offers time-limited stabilization through nursing and behavioral supports for individuals at risk of imminent harm to self or others. The role involves providing nursing care within the 24-hour CSU as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. The Charge Nurse will supervise LPNs and paraprofessionals during their shifts, manage admissions and discharges, conduct therapeutic groups, and maintain documentation to the standard of care.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver’s License.
- Must be computer literate.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- 2+ years experience in Behavioral Health field.
Responsibilities
