About The Position
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, committed to enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional care and service. We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Health Services team. This role is ideal for a nurse who values relationship-based care, clinical leadership, and working collaboratively in an Assisted Living and Memory Care environment.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (per state requirements)
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lead, train, and delegate effectively
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care within RN scope of practice
- Assess resident health status and develop individualized service plans
- Administer medications and treatments using eMAR
- Oversee and coordinate medication aides and clinical team members
- Serve as a primary point of contact for provider communication
- Ensure compliance with state licensure and regulatory standards
- Document assessments, observations, and care accurately
- Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
