Texas Health Plano is hosting a Virtual RN Hiring Event for Full Time Opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN) in their Float Pool. This event is for nurses with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting is required. Experience in PCU, Stepdown, and Telemetry as an RN is strongly preferred. Upon hire, RN licensure, BCLS certification (maintained quarterly), ACLS certification within 90 days, and CPI training within 90 days are required. The role involves a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Float Pool RNs will float to multiple departments throughout the hospital, offering a great opportunity to work in a variety of units with self-scheduling for work/life balance and opportunities for educational and career growth.
