About The Position
Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team for the PM shift on a part-time basis. The role involves delivering exceptional resident care in a supportive post-acute environment. Requirements
- Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute or skilled nursing environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to compassionate patient care
Nice To Haves
- Previous post-acute or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitoring resident conditions and completing comprehensive nursing assessments
- Communicating changes in condition with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and performing clinical procedures including wound care, injections, and treatments
- Maintaining accurate charting and documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care while ensuring comfort and safety
- Supporting and collaborating with CNA and nursing support staff during PM shift operations
