About The Position

Energy Employee Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its home health team. The nurse will manage home care for terminally ill or elderly patients and provide accessible, comprehensive care to patients and families. The role is part-time and based in Fairborn, Ohio, with visits to patients’ homes within up to a 45-mile radius. The listed schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pay is $42–$44.00.

Requirements

• Submit to a background check.
• Hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of application.
• Be willing to travel to patients' homes, potentially within a 45-mile radius.
• Hold an active CPR certification.
• Have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing accessible, comprehensive care to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in their homes to support appropriate patient care.
• Provide medication education and medication management.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to support their quality of life.
• Document patient status and condition accurately and promptly.
