About The Position

Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. Nurses deliver personalized treatments for concerns such as fatigue, dehydration, migraines, jet lag, and hangovers at clients’ locations. The company is expanding across multiple states and is seeking experienced, motivated healthcare professionals for independent 1099 contractor positions.

This flexible role allows nurses to choose their hours and availability, work independently with support from a medical leadership team, and manage their own schedule and client communications. The company provides clinical onboarding, supply guidance, ongoing mentorship, and leads through national marketing. Nurses may also grow their own clientele through community connections. The role focuses on safe, wellness-oriented, concierge-level patient care in home, office, or event settings.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 full years of working RN experience, depending on specialty.
• Practice area experience in emergency medicine, critical care, step down, labor and delivery, or flight/transport.
• High level of skill and confidence in IV placement.
• Ability to function independently following provider treatment-specific orders and systematically according to protocols and procedures.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).
• Must be able to commit to caring for patients when needed; schedule is flexible and determined by the nurse.

Nice To Haves

• Occasional evening and weekend availability is preferred.

• Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
• Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
• Manage personal schedules and communicate directly with clients.
• Network locally to grow a client base through gyms, wellness centers, events, and similar connections.
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold safety protocols.
