About The Position

The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver and member of a multidisciplinary health care team. The RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during a designated time frame and supervises and provides patient care using the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self. The RN follows established policies and procedures, communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors, provides excellent customer service while working with staff, management, and physicians, and applies Cooper core values. Other duties may be required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (NJ-RN) license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers).

Nice To Haves

• Certain specialties may require advanced certification, such as ACLS, NALS, or PALS.
