About The Position

CNS Cares is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty caregiver roles. This part-time position offers 2 hours per week with a pay rate of $40 - $42 per hour. The role involves providing compassionate care and building close relationships with clients, allowing them to remain independent and live in their own homes. CNS Cares focuses on putting care first and offers a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse - RN in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
• Valid Driver's License
• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
• Build close relationships with patients.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Work in the privacy of the patient's home.
