OPCC RN-Outpatient Care Center Registered Nurse
About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Care Center team will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; adherence to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse in Iowa
- License in Illinois required within one year.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- No Experience required
- Training in Basic Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation
- Certification in Med/Surg Nursing or ASPAN
Nice To Haves
- Certification and Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred
