About The Position

We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse in our Outpatient Care Center team! As a Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; adherence to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

Associates Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse In Iowa
Licence in Illinois required within one year.
ACLS
BLS
PALS
No Experience required
Training in Basic Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation

Nice To Haves

Certification in Med/Surg Nursing or ASPAN
Certification and Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities
