About The Position
We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at NHC HealthCare Oakwood. Requirements
- Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Compassion for serving the geriatric population
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
- Graduated Nurses (GNs) who are beginning their nursing careers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
- Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and monitor changes in condition.
- Advocate for your patients and communicate with families and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide clinical leadership and help coordinate care to ensure patients receive attentive, high-quality service.
- Build meaningful relationships with the patients and families you serve.
