About The Position
Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its MICU (ICU). The hospital is a 362-bed acute-care facility serving Inglewood and the wider Los Angeles area, with critical care services among its offerings. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible for the care of assigned patients, communicates with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical conditions—including hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic study results, abnormal results, and symptoms—and responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The role also requires maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Current and valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Current BCLS certificate.
- Current ACLS certificate.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a Critical Care Course.
- Previous Critical Care experience.
Responsibilities
