About The Position
NHC HealthCare Oakwood is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Night Shift to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs, 12-hour shifts, and competitive pay based on experience. New graduates are welcome to apply. As a Night Shift RN, you will assess patients, monitor their condition, administer medications and treatments, develop care plans, communicate with physicians and families, provide leadership to the nursing team, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment while building meaningful relationships with patients.
Requirements
- Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassion for serving the geriatric population
