About The Position
This on-call Registered Nurse position focuses on providing person-centered nursing care to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The role involves managing a small caseload, coordinating medical care, overseeing medication administration, and advocating for the individuals supported. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain health records, and educate staff on health and safety best practices.
Requirements
- New York State Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Valid NYS driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered nursing care with small, manageable caseloads
