About The Position
Come join the Catholic Eldercare family as an On-Call RN in one of our Assisted Living facilities! Make a difference in our seniors' lives in a tight-knit environment with a smaller company that truly cares about our employees. Schedule: On-call expectation of 2 shifts every 30 days and 1 holiday per year. Nurses must possess a minimum of one-year experience as an RN.
Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Minnesota.
- Minimum of one-year experience as an RN.
- Knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation nursing concepts.
- Clinically competent to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents.
- Ability to meet physical demands of position including visual and auditory acuity.
- Reading, writing and speaking English is a requirement of the position.
Responsibilities
- Meet the needs of the resident by following the plan of care.
- Rounding to observe resident physical and psychosocial status.
- Reporting and responding to changes in condition as appropriate.
- Plan, direct and carry out shift routines.
- Direct, observe and evaluate the work of personnel on their unit.
