About The Position

Cascade Health Services is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for local PRN shifts. Both part-time and full-time hours are available. Cascade’s Workforce Marketplace provides direct access to shifts in hospitals through an easy-to-use mobile app, offering flexibility and consistency. As a W2 employee, you will not pay self-employment taxes, will be eligible for full benefits, and will receive instant support. Clients are moving away from 1099 apps towards Cascade’s licensed, insured, and fully supported W2 staffing model.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• TB Test (MO requires 2-step), IGRA, or chest X-ray

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in MedSurg, ER, or LDR settings.
• Utilize a mobile app to manage schedule, receive shift notifications, and clock in/out.
• Access open shifts in your area and choose when and where to work.
