About The Position
Care of the patient in the home setting.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a RN in the state of IL.
- CPR certified.
- Previous Home Health experience.
- Strong clinical background with previous hospital experience required.
- Must possess strong comprehensive assessment, documentation and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Phlebotomy, Infusion Administration, and Wound Care.
- Knowledge in Oasis C documentation and state and federal regulations.
- Basic understanding of computers.
- Must be able to work independently and have exceptional customer service.
- Valid IL drivers license and proof of automobile insurance required.
