About The Position
Promotes and restores patients' health for H/K/B patients by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The shift is from 8:00 pm - 8:00 am.
Requirements
- 1 year of PACU experience.
- Associates degree required.
- Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Industry experience a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
- Helps recover overnight patients post-surgery.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
