About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in an Occupational Health Clinic. The nurse will lead the clinical patient flow, prepare patients for examinations, and assist providers with outpatient procedures. They will also coordinate the continuum of care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and specialty communication. Additionally, the nurse will support patient health literacy by translating physician orders into clear education plans and streamline treatment implementation by executing clinical orders and documenting patient progress.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire

RN with Occupational Health, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room experience helpful.
