About The Position

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to perform clinical nursing duties effectively
  • Effective communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities allow you to respond swiftly to changing patient conditions and emergencies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, including electronic health records, supports accurate documentation and information sharing.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Experience in specialized areas such as critical care, emergency nursing, or pediatrics
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in team coordination

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health status and care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and physician directives
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, monitoring patient responses
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and institutional standards
