About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations
- Demonstrated ability to perform clinical nursing duties effectively
- Effective communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities allow you to respond swiftly to changing patient conditions and emergencies.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, including electronic health records, supports accurate documentation and information sharing.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Experience in specialized areas such as critical care, emergency nursing, or pediatrics

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health status and care needs
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and physician directives
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, monitoring patient responses
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and institutional standards

- Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with nursing best practices and healthcare regulations
