About The Position
Williamsport Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for evening and night shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Nurses develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves medication management, resident assessments, documenting changes in condition, and coordinating care with nursing and other facility teams. The position emphasizes supportive, respectful care, teamwork, and a commitment to geriatric nursing and senior care excellence. A $12,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RNs, with a part-time bonus also available. Bonus terms and conditions apply; part-time bonus amounts are prorated. Requirements
- Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
- Have proficient medication management skills.
- Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
- Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
- Provide supportive, comforting, and engaging care to residents.
- Use medication management skills.
- Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
