About The Position

DaVita is hosting a virtual hiring event for Registered Nurses, with positions available in Ithaca, Elmira, Corning, Syracuse, and Irondequoit, New York. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; candidates are asked to RSVP and complete an application.

Registered Nurses deliver dialysis treatments, monitor patient status, assess and troubleshoot clinical situations, respond to patient needs, educate patients, and build meaningful relationships while working as part of a supportive care team. The listed wage range is $38.00–$52.00 per hour. For experienced Registered Nurse ICHD roles, the range is $39.75–$52.00 per hour. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. The posting also gives applicable New York minimum-wage information by jurisdiction.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Basic EKG interpretation.
• At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

• CNN certification.
