About The Position

All Saints Maubert is seeking a dedicated Full-Time RN to join our outstanding nursing team and help provide exceptional care to our residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing nursing services during the assigned shift, ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with individualized care plans, physician orders, and all federal, state, and local regulations. Working under the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), the RN provides clinical leadership, supports nursing staff, and promotes a safe, positive environment for residents and team members alike.

Requirements

  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the assigned shift.
  • Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with care plans and clinical standards.
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Complete incident, accident, and clinical reports accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Assist nursing leadership with the daily operations of the nursing department.
  • Help implement and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support regulatory compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and state survey readiness.
  • Coordinate resident care with rehabilitation, dietary, social services, and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Ensure resident health information remains confidential and secure.
  • Report concerns regarding resident safety, compliance, or privacy.
  • Promote adherence to facility policies and professional nursing standards.
  • Participate in care plan and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Mentor and support nursing staff to promote clinical excellence.
  • Foster a respectful, collaborative, and positive work environment.
