About The Position

The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care setting in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is a 13-week contract with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, consisting of 12-hour shifts, and every-other-weekend availability. Holiday coverage is required. The nurse must be willing to float to Progressive Care / PCU as needed. Epic EMR is used.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Recent ICU experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current NIHSS certification.
• CRRT experience.
• Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) experience.
• Strong critical care assessment, clinical judgment, and patient monitoring skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Availability to work every other weekend and cover holidays.
• Willingness to float to Progressive Care / PCU as needed.
