About The Position

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a position on-call and performing emergency night home health visits if needed. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Camden County, NJ. This is a rotating schedule where the nurse will be on-call from 5pm to 8:30am, with one week on and the next week off. Prior home care experience is strongly preferred. Requirements

A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Nice To Haves

Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during the weekend days and evenings.
Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
Performing client assessments as necessary.
