About The Position
Village Caregiving is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing team. This role will serve clients in Wood County and surrounding areas, providing essential in-home care assessments and support.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete in-home assessments to evaluate client needs
- Create and update personalized care plans for caregiving staff
- Document visits and care plans in our electronic charting system
- Collaborate remotely with our Eau Claire office team
- Assist with case management and ongoing client care coordination
- Travel within a one-hour radius for client visits
