About The Position

Glenbrook Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time evening and night shifts and a part-time night shift. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff, learn residents’ life stories, and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role is supported by strong clinical standards and established processes, with a focus on quality care and excellence in senior care.

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
