Requirements

• RN License
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam
• Must obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.
• Must possess 1 year of current clinical experience.

Nice To Haves

• BSN Preferred
• ED - ACLS within 6 months of hire/promotion & ENPC or PALS within 1 year

Responsibilities

• Independently provide care to adult and pediatric patients requiring immediate medical attention.
• Provide evidence-based, high quality care, including, but not limited to triage, patient observation, monitoring and diagnostic testing and treatment.
• Serve as a resource for other team members.
