About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, night-shift Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages and delivers patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status. It requires population-specific competencies and adherence to applicable National Patient Safety Goals. The nurse supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care as assigned, and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. This position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. (Hospice-only alternative: current CPR issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association in lieu of BLS.)
Other certifications and competencies required based on service-line skill.
Population-specific competencies.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
Assess and reassess patients.
Develop plans of care.
Implement appropriate patient-care interventions.
Evaluate patient-care interventions.
Document patient care.
Float to other units if required.
Participate in on-call status if required.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing care to patients as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
Adhere to applicable National Patient Safety Goals.
