About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, night-shift Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse for INTEGRIS Heart Hospital at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, developing and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patient care interventions. The nurse supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The role may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit-test requirements. It involves potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; standard precautions must be followed. Applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Requirements

Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill.
Follow standard precautions.
