Registered Nurse - PRN (ACU)
About The Position
Haxtun Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide patient care in its Acute Care Unit. The nurse conducts patient assessments, documents patient data, and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. The role emphasizes patient safety, responding to emergencies, effective communication with the healthcare team, and supporting a seamless patient experience and high patient satisfaction. This is a PRN, non-exempt position. Team members build schedules around available open shifts. The starting pay range is $41.80–$44.04 per hour, including a 10% PRN differential; actual pay depends on experience. Shift differentials are 10% of base wage for hours after 6 p.m. and 15% for weekends. This position is not eligible for benefits.
Requirements
- BSN from a four-year college or university, or an ADN with at least one year of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Colorado.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
