About The Position
Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Pineville, North Carolina. Nurses care for high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions in a specialized setting. Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in North Carolina or a compact state.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.

Nice To Haves
- At least one year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
- Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
- Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
